Calculation of Costs:

Shipping and delivery charges are calculated based on factors such as:

• Destination or delivery address within the UAE and other GCC
• Weight, dimensions, or quantity of the items ordered
• Chosen delivery method (standard, express, or same-day delivery, if applicable)

Display to Customer:

The total shipping and delivery cost is clearly displayed to the customer before payment in the invoice. Customers are able to review the item cost, shipping charges, and applicable VAT before confirming their payment.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT FEES & TAXES

For orders shipped internationally, any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the authorities of the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the product price, shipping fees, or VAT charged by the company.

Customers should check with their local customs office for applicable regulations, duties, and taxes before placing an order.

The company is not liable for delays, fines, or additional charges imposed by customs or other authorities in the destination country.

LEGAL OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Legal ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once the payment for the goods has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

Risk of Loss or Damage:

The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.

Until delivery, the company remains responsible for the goods while in transit.

PARTIAL DELIVERIES / SPLIT SHIPMENTS POLICY

Circumstances for Partial Delivery:

Partial or split shipments may occur if:

• Some items in an order are out of stock or available at different warehouses
• Products are shipped from different suppliers or locations
• Items have different handling or delivery requirements

Customer Notification:

Customers will be informed via email or SMS when a partial shipment is made.

Tracking information will be provided for each shipment so the customer can monitor delivery status.
